Never have had a bad experience. They are always helpful, courteous and willing to help. They always jump up to take my chlorine or heavy items to the car without being asked. Test my water and generally have positive attitudes. Only downside is they are usually always busy and some of the parts are very expensive. That's not their fault though as some suppliers like Polaris won't cut deals on prices so they have to sell at full retail. They always make coming in a pleasure.
Absolutely the worst Pinch a Penny store we've ever used. It's more like a boy's club than a store, led by the gruff owner. We've been to this store a few times over the years, the last couple as a last resort, and each time we've left with a very sour taste about the staff's behavior. Bottom line - stay away from this store unless you want to be treated with utter contempt by the management and staff. My other half and myself just bought a home with a pool. We were using another pool supply store. We had a huge problem with yellow algae. The other store kept selling us all of these expensive chemicals and nothing was working! I go to Pinch a Penny and they sold us exactly what we needed. It's been less than 24 hours and the pool is blue again! Pinch a Penny and there employees are outstanding! We will be doing all of our business from here on out with this amazing business.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! We got here 5 mins after closing and the guy came outta the store and helped us even tho they were closed! Very awesome!
