The best place for pool care. The technician is excellent, very friendly, and above all, he does an excellent job. He can troubleshoot and fix any problem with the equipment.
I have noticed a distinct difference in customer service under the new ownership. Chlorine fills take 3x as long as they used to. Employees seem like you are putting them out if they have to do anything while the owner likes to pretend to be busy when there are a lot of people waiting so he doesn’t have to help. Oh and pricing has gone up with all of that :)
Dani was very efficient and professional. He completed the work quickly and recommended an alternative part that would save money.
New owners. Been using them for years unfortunately My pool walls have turned green with algae. They didn't respond to request for help but kept my payment for the month although I was unable to use my pool because it wasnt cleaned properly. Very unprofessional
