I was about to cancel my pool service with them BUT then a this Pinch A Penny sold to a NEW owner that cares about his customers. They were able to fix the problem of the pool from the old owner, NOW my pool looks great. This new owner and the new staff cares about their customers is 100% improvement.
If you are looking for a side hobby of managing a pool service provider this is the place for you. They will not come every week, they will not provide notification, so you will need to call them to harass them about providing the service you are paying for. If you don't call, they certainly are not going to make it right on their own. I get these places are a dime a dozen, but there has to be better.
