I have been a customer of this company for approximately 6–7 years. About 18–24 months ago, the franchise was sold to a new owner, Juan. Since then, my experience has deteriorated significantly. One of the most serious incidents occurred when I asked a technician to clean my filter, as they never do. After servicing it, the filter assembly was left open. I was in and out to get o-ring lube and it was less and faster (3 minutes) than Amazon thanks to the two service guys asking what I needed and there it was in a display at front cash register!
