We just had an amazing experience at this location. Cherry and her husband went above and beyond to assist us with a new pool motor. Cherry actually FaceTimes her husband who had the day off to assist is in setting up the motor in preparation for installation. We have gone to other locations and NEVER had service like this. The entire team Amazing!!! We can’t thank them enough. We will be driving from here from N. Naples from now on. Thank you Cherry!!!
They are unreliable, they tell you to keep buying unnecessarily solely to make a sale, thereby risking your safety and that your family by pushing an excessive amount of product , all just to make more money. That is neither humane nor decent, some institution ought to shut down this store of scammers.
Bitter experience, I bought my swimming pool a week ago, hoping to trust this store and its products, I went to the store, the conclusions are that I have spent about 200 dollars and today the pool cannot be used since yesterday that I threw for the second time many products that they sold me supposedly because I needed them, today the water is too high and past of products that according to the encyclopedia does not need, in short more than a week and only one day I have been able to use my pool, a lady of Asian origin who ... read more

Hands down the best pool supply shop around. The place is clean and organized. Staff is knowledgeable and really friendly. Cherry made my purchase of a pool pump so smooth. Even better they installed it within a couple days. I’ll definitely be back. I highly recommend you check it out.
