Had my pump/motor replaced by Ramil, owner of store in Golden Gate, Naples, Fl., on October 23, 2024 for approximately $700. After repair was finished I noticed that the pump was leaking around outer seal where pump is attached to housing. After 3 visits and replacing seal (I was not there) it is still leaking. Terrible customer service! Arrived 3 mins before closing, door open, refused to ring up order. 3 salespersons standing around. Choose a better retailer, I own a retail store and I'd help them find another position. Sat 1/4/25 Lazy!
Very good staff experienced and very helpful
2nd strike one more it's time to switch back to islander. Slow as hell amd when 2 customers are there and one with one chlorine container and the other with 6 or 7. Fill the one first to get customers moving SMH. Then fill the customer with multiple containers . Should have containers ready so we don't have to wait for the slow employees to turn a knobb and fill the containers. Ridiculous how long it takes to get one thing of chlorine when only one other customer is in the building.
I’ve used their pool services for over a year. They have treated me like family. When I’ve had any questions or issues they respond immediately. They are a hard working family and we appreciate them. We’ve sold our house and leaving Naples- thank you for the good care you’ve given our pool.
