Casey set me up with what I needed and Miguel did the fixing and installation. Miguel did a great job...what I call and old school mechanic. Beyond fixing the issue he checked all before completing the job. 5 stars for Miguel.
They are always spot on to tell me how to care for my pool with water testing and absolutely critical to helping me maintain my equipment. They are the best!
Prices always changing. Military Discounts always changing. Waited 20 minutes for them to look up my filter cartridge I bought years ago here because it is supposedly "on sale" and when I said it's probably cheaper on Amazon where I got it last time they wouldn't even quote me the Price. Owners are rude and if they don't lie about pricing you can't even get a price
They keep selling products without really taking the time to understand or resolve the actual issues with the pool. It feels like they’re more focused on making sales than providing real solutions.
