They are always spot on to tell me how to care for my pool with water testing and absolutely critical to helping me maintain my equipment. They are the best!
Prices always changing. Military Discounts always changing. Waited 20 minutes for them to look up my filter cartridge I bought years ago here because it is supposedly "on sale" and when I said it's probably cheaper on Amazon where I got it last time they wouldn't even quote me the Price. Owners are rude and if they don't lie about pricing you can't even get a price
They keep selling products without really taking the time to understand or resolve the actual issues with the pool. It feels like they’re more focused on making sales than providing real solutions.
Bought rounds of chemicals, a new salt cell, and had a stain treatment done ... but the problems with our pool continued and were more serious. We ended up hiring a full service pool company that found a leak in the pool as well as another one in the pool skimmer, so it was impossible to keep the water balanced no matter how many chemicals were added. We just switched From Florida's Finest Pool Services in Land O Lakes, FL to Pinch A Penny and boy are we glad we did. Our pool use to always have a green tinge to it and we thought we needed to have the pool floor redone cause it looked dirty and dull. We now know Florida's Finest pool service was not using enough chlorine and didn't really clean our pool. NOW with Pinch A Penny the pool looks amazing. The bottom of the pool looks bright and clean.
