We pay $179/mo for someone to come out weekly and take care of our pool. No one came last week. Someone came out for 4 minutes today, checked one of the skimmer baskets and left. I have tried calling the store and am told that they don’t take messages for the pool maintenance, so we have no way to stay on them to make sure they are giving us the service we are paying for.
Had them come and check my pool pump which was not working, suggested call an electrician which I did and saved me lots of money, other pool dealer wanted me to replace the motor in the pump and was super expensive. Keep up the honest good work.
