The store is very well stocked, and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.
I have been dealing with this particular store in Brooksville, Fl on Broad Street for about 10 or 12 years, and I have always found the staff to be extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the products and services that are offered by the store and by the company.
I was not in the store two seconds before they saw the three empty chlorine jugs in my hands and they were already carting three filled jugs out to me!
I strongly advise against visiting the Pinch A Penny location in Brooksville, Florida, as it may lead to financial waste and unsatisfactory customer service. On April 23rd, we brought a pool water sample for testing, which was conducted twice by different employees. We were instructed to purchase various chemicals to prepare our pool for guests arriving that Friday.
