Was told that there was a sale and you could buy one jug of chlorine and get another for 50%. The salesperson refused to give the discount to my technician when he went in. I called later and they advised that we only get 50% off one jug and said that we have to bring in the receipt to get the discount. Don't waste your time here. The customer service people are rude and unprofessional.
Very poor mgmt and service
Very pleased with the services I received as an absentee owner of a Naples home. Very accommodating and hassle free
Don't bother bringing your pool water in here to be tested because they don't bother giving you your readings! We've brought our water in here multiple times and the last time we were told all that was needed to get a print out of our readings was how many gallons our pool was. Well, today we weren't even given our readings, not even written down so what is even the point?! Complete joke and waste!
