The Fishawk Branch has a serious communication problem. The ignored warning signs, spent all of 3 minutes on my pool. No brushing No clearing up bad water. Just a half assed attempt to get thru the day. I do not recommend this branch. Other branches may be better. No follow up on problems and crappy weekly service doesn’t add up. I dropped them. Sam at Lithia Pinch A Penny really had my back. My lanai and pool is almost 20 years old and really needed a facelift. The pool needed resurfacing and we had cracks in the decking. Our lanai is on a slope and the pool was showing signs of tilting. For the last couple of years, I had reached out to various pool contractors to get bids and start work. These are the best folks ever. Knowledge and price under one roof. What's most important is that they treat me like family. I'm happy to buy my pool supplies, pool cleaners and my Big Green Egg here. I've been a customer for about 22 years and never, not once, had a less than outstanding interaction with this crew.

Had John come out and repair my pool pump he did an excellent job. As someone who works in the service industry I was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help. I highly recommend.
