Bill and Nancy at the Pinch A Penny (Store 253) in Chuluota are great people to work with. Great maintenance crew. Bill recently installed a new pool filter timer, on/off control box. He explained all the options and prices that best fit my needs. He did a very neet and tidy install. Nancy always takes the time to answer questions over the phone or in the store. Sales associates are always courteous and helpful. I highly reccommend this store for all your pool needs. Tom
Bill and his team are really top-notch. Our pool control panel, pump, and lights are all damaged by the lightning hit. Not only Bill walk me through different options and provide timely replacement, he and his son really takes good care of our pool system like his own. Even we submitted a last-minute request, Nancy helped us take advantage of manufacture discount right before the expiration, which saved us 20%. It is an absolutely pleasure working with them. It is great to have a local merchant that is also world class in service. Our pool runs most of the day and from time to time will require maintenance, parts and repairs. The owners are more than operators, they are neighbors. I highly recommend them for price, knowledge and service. I highly recommend them for being fair and running a business with integrity. I recently had several items serviced/upgraded by Bill and his team. This included the replacement of the pool lights and the pool and spa control system. They were vary careful to make sure everything was functioning properly and that I knew how to correctly operate the new electronic lights and the automation system. They cleaned up the work area, including the pool and spa where the old fixtures had been epoxied.
