I would give zero stars if possible. My experience with this company has been deeply disappointing. I purchased a new house with a pool and this was the company the owner refered me to. They told me I had to purchase a new pool pump from them for over $3,500 after being told my existing one was a "gas hazard" and “smoking” and beyond repair. I've been a customer over 3 yrs with Pinch a Penny. I want to share my post and OUTSTANDING review. The Beverly Hills Store employees are very much a pleasure to work with. Shouts-outs to a few, but they are all outstanding. The two on my radar now are Heather and Matt. They are the two I deal with the most frequent. After switching to this location my pool has never looked better. The expertise and knowledge in regards to pool care is amazing and refreshing as I was having difficulties with my pool prior to switching to this location. The staff are always friendly and welcoming especially two exceptional employees Kaymon and Emily. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly employees. Would highly recommend them for all your pool needs!

Yesterday in a panic, I contacted my favorite Pinch a penny in Beverly Hills. I had completed changing the DE in my pool and after several minutes I realized something was wrong as my pump wasn’t circulating. I spoke to Heather who was amazing. After quickly determining what my problem was, she walked me through simple corrective measures. Within minutes I was up and running and no longer needed medical assistance. lol.
