I hired Pinch A Penny for a specific job. After they inspected the pool, we agreed on the work and I signed the agreement for a clear amount. Later, they told me another part needed to be replaced, and I agreed to that too—for an additional specific price. However, I was shocked to discover they charged me an extra $500 without my approval. Even worse, they reused my original signature from the first agreement to authorize this second charge—something I never signed off on. About 4 weeks ago we were told by the technician Rodolfo that we had a leak coming from the chlorine injector cover that had popped open. Rodolfo has visited my home every week and the chlorine injector has not been fixed, as he said he would do a temporary fix until the proper installation could be done. Finally they said Monday they would fix the issue, no problem there besides having to use an excessive amount of water and a high water bill.
