We had a sand filter installed by Pinch a Penny in early June by the end of June it was spitting sand into our pool. After several calls, we finally got a hold of someone who was able to acknowledge that they needed to check on the sand filter installed. After a few days someone came out and turned off our sand, without telling us they were turning it off. They ordered the broken part. Fast experienced staff 0 wait time while waiting for chlorine in the middle of a job....highly recommended for in and out.
Paid over $100 for pool equipment repair estimate. Person came to inspect equipment then called me to say what was wrong and someone will call me with the estimate. Well, no one called! Or if they called they didn’t leave a voicemail. Didn’t bother contacting them later if this is how they operate BEFORE I spent even more money.
