We had a sand filter installed by Pinch a Penny in early June by the end of June it was spitting sand into our pool. After several calls, we finally got a hold of someone who was able to acknowledge that they needed to check on the sand filter installed. After a few days someone came out and turned off our sand, without telling us they were turning it off. They ordered the broken part. My go-to spot for all pool needs. Ownership takes a real interest in top-levell service for everyone. Staff always helpful and pleasant.
Fast experienced staff 0 wait time while waiting for chlorine in the middle of a job....highly recommended for in and out.
Paid over $100 for pool equipment repair estimate. Person came to inspect equipment then called me to say what was wrong and someone will call me with the estimate. Well, no one called! Or if they called they didn’t leave a voicemail. Didn’t bother contacting them later if this is how they operate BEFORE I spent even more money.
Tom is rude towards his customers and it appears plenty of others have noticed as well. He doesn’t look to assist in making things better. I was happy with the initial service but it quickly declined. I had a card on file which didn’t go through and when I tried to call to remedy it, it was not updated. Time passed and I reached out again to try and remedy the situation, but Tom would rather drop you as a customer than to continue taking care of your pool needs.
