I just over heard a conversation that my 75yr old aunt had with this pool service. I DO NOT recommend this company at all. They have no problem charging $110 a month for services, yet they can't complete basic pool maintenance. The pool has a greenish hue and leaves in it from the storm. And a nail, that they refuse to remove has now rusted the bottom of the pool causing rust damage. Their response? "Dive down and remove it with a broom because our vaccume can't handle it" followed by "I removed you from auto pay and I think... read more
Excellent service at a locally owned store. I have been going here several years to get my pool water tested. Always friendly and Jen and team go the extra mile to answer any questions I have. After Ian, they were open to help out where they could and get pools back in service. When I had an issue with my salt cell they came out to fix it. It has been different this summer, with all of the rain keeping the pool balanced but they are there each week to help me keep it in perfect condition!
Great Communication and Workmanship! Matt, Service Tech did a base replacement on a Paramount 6-2” Water Valve, not an easy job as you have about 35 seconds before the sealer activates. Perfect!!
They are the best pool company with a very friendly staff. Free water testing...I go there at least once a week to get my water tested.
Clueless place. Would not recommend!
