Marvin and the staff are amazing. I bring my sample in and they are always right on the money!!! Just got the new Polaris Atlas XT pool suction cleaner and its amazing. They came out and showed me how to set and manipulate the valves and suction settings and made sure I was good to go.
I can’t say enough about the incredible service from Marvin and the entire staff at this store. They are so eager to teach and when it’s beyond my scope they find and fix any problems I may be having with my pool and spa. I highly recommend this business for anything you may need help with.
Marvin is very knowledgable, honest, and easy to work with. His staff is lovely to work with as well. He resurfaced and retiled our 26,000 gallon pool and spa and it looks beautiful. He has replaced, installed, and done the electrical work for all of our pool equipment. We highly recommend him!
We just moved to tampa and have been so impressed with this store. We started off using a different pool company but quickly realized how great Marvin, Lily and team are. So quick to come out and help while others give me weeks away for the next appt. While all pool companies couldn’t help the week of July 4th, Marvin and his team were non stop trying to get everyone’s pool up and running so they can enjoy a day of swimming. Very knowledgeable, helpful and hard workers!
I’m so glad I fired Pool Troopers. The customer service at this pinch a penny is outstanding. They are by far more knowledgeable than most pool companies. To be honest, I don’t have the words to express how happy I am to finally find honest people that are passionate about their craft. It’s just something difficult to find now a days.
