I can’t say enough wonderful things about this PAP store. They have been so fair and honest with us. Today I went to the store and met with Lily. I brought my “dead” motor to be replaced. Lily tore it apart and checked it, and it was fine! The only thing we needed were some new seals and a little work on the electrical at my house. Just wanted to share the great info.
They have almost anything you could ever need for pool directly in the store. **Update in Nov 2025 - used this store for a full pool pump replacement - purchase and install. The formalness / communication of scheduling could've been a bit better but the install was done perfectly and things are running great. Was a good experience overall. Would recommend for at-home service!
Marvin and the staff are amazing. I bring my sample in and they are always right on the money!!! Just got the new Polaris Atlas XT pool suction cleaner and its amazing. They came out and showed me how to set and manipulate the valves and suction settings and made sure I was good to go.
I can’t say enough about the incredible service from Marvin and the entire staff at this store. They are so eager to teach and when it’s beyond my scope they find and fix any problems I may be having with my pool and spa. I highly recommend this business for anything you may need help with.
Marvin is very knowledgable, honest, and easy to work with. His staff is lovely to work with as well. He resurfaced and retiled our 26,000 gallon pool and spa and it looks beautiful. He has replaced, installed, and done the electrical work for all of our pool equipment. We highly recommend him!
