I had been going to a competitor. They were closed one day when Pinch A Penny was open. I went in and they were very friendly, tested my pool water carefully for free and gave me a written record of their findings. I had to buy some pool supplies and they were less expensive than the other company. They are in a convenient location and because of their service have gained a new customer. I would happily recommend them to others.
