This company did an AMAZING job with our pool renovation. Our pool was built over 20 years ago. We had done nothing to upgrade it since then. It was in bad shape. Chris and Laura were so personable and walked us through the process with ease. I was nervous at first since I had heard from friends how they had such bad experiences when they had renovations done on their pools. Fabulous experience! After dealing with other pool companies that just couldn't be bothered, and gave us inaccurate information, Pinch A Penny sent the owner out to do a comprehensive needs assessment. Service was scheduled quickly. Ethan, the technician they sent, could not have worked harder or been more dedicated. Our pool is in tip top shape! Great company to do business with.
The guys came and installed our new pool handrail. They even went above and beyond and smoothed out a rough spot in the cement. They were professional and did a great job. Would highly recommend.
