Laura Chapman is terrific at swimming pool renovation. She was great at helping me choose among the many different options for the pool design, and she closely monitored the skilled work crews every day at every step of the reno process. Wow, service is amazing at this store. Chris and Angela are great. It is mid March and my pool heater died in the evening. The next day we are have friends coming down from up North to bake in the sun and enjoy our pool and hot tub. Since it was after-hours I decide to send Chris an email and explained my situation asking what he could do and how quickly it could get done. Today Scott from the SW Cape Coral Pinch A Penny store pressure washed my pool deck and hurricane shutters. The deck was covered in algae and the shutters still had residue from the last few hurricanes. When Scott was done everything looked amazing! He was very meticulous and careful to keep residue out of my pool. He also was careful to keep water from going through my shutters, in fact when he was done, the windows behind the shutters were dry! I recently called Pinch A Penny for assistance on how to install a new filter cartridge for my pool pump. Seth was very helpful and suggested that I come to the store for a demonstration of the process on store models. Following his instruction, I was successful in changing out the old filter on my pump. Thank you Seth, for taking the time to explain the procedure to me!
