We recently had a filter that was leaking water when the pool pump was running. We called Ponch a Penny to come out and fix the leak. They showed up a week later and charged us $170 for a gasket that was needed for repair!! It appeared that the leak was fixed. Now less than 45 days later the filter is leaking again. terrible customer service with double or triple mark up STAY AWAY BUYERS
I get all of my chemicals from pinch a penny, and the plant city store is definetly cheap! The workers are always nice and helpful and take my chlorine jugs out to the car for me. They have been testing my water for over a year now and I am yet to get any algae!
After having mixed experiences with a few other pool companies around town; I finally tried using Pinch A Penny. The staff was very nice, and even took my chlorine jugs out to my car. Also, they were cheaper on chlorine tablets than walmart! that was a shocker! They definetly have my business and i recomend them to everyone!
