I had Pinch A Penny fix my pool pump. They did a great job at a reasonable price! I had them check out another issue as well. I had a suction side leak. I replaced all the o rings in the Jandy valves but the leak was still there. Pinch a Penny came out and checked the entire system. They found and fixed a problem in connection to the multi port valve. They are awesome!
Very helpful, my pool has never looked better. Always pleasant and knowledgeable to keep the pool sparkling clean.
I'm so furious with this company. Today is Memorial Day and I received a message that they came out this morning ON MEMORIAL DAY and shocked my pool. ON MEMORIAL DAY. I had 20 people coming over today for a barbecue and pool party and had to cancel. What pool company would come out on a holiday and shock a pool when that's the day most people would be having gatherings IN THE pool. The lunacy of this astounds me.
I brought my Polaris cleaner to Pinch A Penny after another local pool store wanted to charge me almost $400 for the parts to repair it. Andrea diagnosed it and gave me an estimate of $261 which is significantly less to get my Polaris up and running again.
