Bought the wrong skimmer head to clean my pool. They refunded me with no receipt and took it back after a week with visible use. Erich and Morgan are amazing . They never over exaggerate what’s needed for the pool and clearly enjoy what they're doing.
I've been going to this pinch a penny for chemicals for close to 20 years. They are very helpful with their advice. I find it easier to let them do the water tests (which they do for free) than to use test strips at home.
I used them once and never will again! The pool tech (gabe) came by and supposedly treated my pool but my daughter broke out with a horrible rash from the water in the days following. The pool looked visibly worse. Not to mention after checking my security cameras the tech was doing some weird stuff in my backyard. I wont type that part on here. HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED.
