No problems with the store at all. Staff is great, products always available. Pool care service however is a far different matter. After several complaints of our tech not doing anything we finally had enough and cancelled out service. Store always seemed to brush it off as no big deal and took the money. Not getting mine any more. Look elsewhere !!!
Since having my pool resurfaced, I have been dealing with constant problems getting my salt pool and all the equipment functioning again. I called upon Pinch A Penny in Indian Harbour Beach and their staff to solve every issue that arose. The water-testers, sales persons, and installers, worked patiently with me, demonstrating the most incredible know-how. Their expertise and high-standards are in every way deserving of my five-star rating. I will continue to rely on them. They are The Best and I am so grateful!
The tall young white male working the pool chemical testing was rude and had no idea about helping customers. He needs to work on his customer service demeanor and keep his personal problems to himself. Your store isn’t the only show in town! Update: Alex, the Owner was great to talk to and listened to my concern and addressed my complaint. The gift card sent to me was not needed but appreciated.
