Went into pinch a penny on taft street, hollywood fl, the young lady that I was trying to ask some questions to was rude and quick to dismiss me. Customer service like this is why businesses are losing customers as it 's easy to order online, then dealing with a representative like this. If you're looking for pool supplies, go to a different location.

Do not shop at this store—they will rip you off. I bought a Polaris pool cleaner for $500, but it didn't work properly. Two days after the purchase, I went to return it, and they told me they had to deduct a 20% restocking fee—something the salesperson who sold me the unit never mentioned. I asked her twice if I could return it, and he never brought that up. They will do anything just to make a sale. Do not come to this store.
Everyone is always super courteous at this location. And willing to help with my many pool equipment and repairs.
Shannon was the best so informative we learned alot we will definitely be regulars. This place was a life saver and was so so kind
