The owner takes no responsibility for all the shoddy work that’s done. I wish I would have read the reviews on here first because it described what happened to me exactly. I recommend you go to another store!! Not because of the staff, but the owner is horrible. The owner can not take accountability for his installation teams mistake. And then blaming me that it was user error. As an owner you don’t do that. Instead he could have said let me send someone back and see what the problem is. But no he insisted that they did not make the mistake. Well I had to trouble shoot it myself and found the problem. Which I found out it was their mistake.
