Friendly and helpful staff there
I recommend you go to another store!! Not because of the staff, but the owner is horrible. The owner can not take accountability for his installation teams mistake. And then blaming me that it was user error. As an owner you don’t do that. Instead he could have said let me send someone back and see what the problem is. But no he insisted that they did not make the mistake. Well I had to trouble shoot it myself and found the problem. Which I found out it was their mistake. While the staff at Pinch A Penny are friendly and helpful, the owner is a completely different story. I had them come out to replace my pool filter, and the very next day it wasn’t working. We noticed water leaking from the motor and contacted the store. The owner refused to take any responsibility and was incredibly unprofessional, offering no support or even a follow-up visit to check the issue.
