I've been doing business here for 20-plus years. David and his crew are always there to service all your pool needs.
Purchased a Hayward heater from them with installation. They installed it all wrong and it wouldn't work. I had to get another company, ACDC Pool Services, to redo the installation. Now, a year and a half later, the heater is broken and I can't get anyone to answer from Hayward. It's supposedly still under warranty, but I can't get anything from them Was an extremely frustrating experience and cost me thousands of dollars. Very disappointing.
