Pool Techs do a fantastic job cleaning pools and the store has very knowledgeable employees. I think the new ownership really changed the trajectory of this store.

Terrible customer service, new pool tech shows up every week. They treat their employees terribly.
We have used Pinch A Penny on Tamiami Trail since moving here over two years ago. In my opinion, both owners I have worked with are very professional and responsive. Our pool techs spend a good amount of time each visit and our pool is very well maintained. I would highly recommend them based on our personal experience.
Quality of service severely diminished since sale of this location. Turnover of employees has greatly increased. They broke equipment on filter and then tried to charge me $150 for to come repair. When I told them I wanted to cancel the service one week after payment was posted they were not going to refund money or continue the rest of the month.
