With my recent visit to pinch a penny for chlorine refills, we noticed a display of services that they had available for customers with pool renovations. We were very impressed with Gibb, the owner and manager of this location and how he explained every step and was very eager to make us happy and satisfied with what we need to accomplish. I wish I could give 10 stars. I had a problem with my pool. The manager gives me his cell phone to send pictures. He then gives me the steps to solve this problem. Pool now looks great

He helped me understand the process, choose the right materials for aesthetics and to keep our pool low maintenance, and he was very accessible for questions, decisions, or changes. Although the project did not go as originally scheduled, Gibb proactively informed us about any delays due to weather, materials, or the status of subcontractors.
