After years buying chlorine and pool products, unfortunately I decided to change to Chappy's. Chlorine is not what it used to be, chlorine color is barely yellow and does not even have the scent of chlorine. My pool was turning green and although I was adding 2.5 gallons per week. For a 12,000-gallon pool that is too much. The customer service is great and the guys there are always helpful but unfortunately their chlorine is bad or diluted. Truly Exceptional Pool Service – Coral Springs Pinch-A-Penny Saved My Pool When we bought our home, we kept the pool service the previous owners had, not realizing how quickly things could go wrong. Within a short time, black algae started to spread—and fast. A month passed without any treatment or real answers. My husband and I were terrified and frustrated, unsure of what to do.
