Mark the owner and his service field agent Robert are the best. If you have any issues with your pool, they can handle everything. They Put a whole new system for my pool and always help me with controlling my chemicals in the water. I would highly recommend them for Your pool needs.
Very pleased since became customers for Pinch A Penny, Green to Clean program. Eric, the pinch a penny rep is courteous and prompt. We were previously using the pool maintenance/cleaning service by Hammerhead Pools but became dissatisfied with the service being provided as it was was inconsistent and the pool itself did not look well cared for. Being new to Ocala, I thought that I would have difficulty finding another PAP location as good as the one in Tampa. Well, I did. The 508 South Pine Avenue location sets the standard when it comes to providing knowledgeable, reliable, and extremely professional customer service staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking pool supplies or help with their pool. Wayne, Reece, Odaliz, Robert, and the rest of the staff are great.
Reece, Robert, and the entire staff at the 508 South Pine Avenue location provide excellent customer service. I am not sure why they would ever receive 1 star reviews at any of the locations because all staff do the best that they can do. I have never received any less than superb treatment whenever I have gone to pick up supplies.
