I payed 5 bucks for deposit of chlorine bottles. Got 2 10 bucks. I was told when your done with them and they are still good you get deposit back. I went today and was told you had to bring them back in a month. Why wasn't this told in the beginning. I see Pinch a Pennie is pinching the people's money. The guy who I talked to was nice but I was mad. I do not like liars. People you do anything with Pinch a Penny get it in writing RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR OWN GOOD
Great staff who help me get my water tested and pool staying clean. I actually turned my pool green (my negligence, not their fault) and they told what to do and it's back to looking great again! Rule of thumb: clean you salt cell every month during summer, if you can!
Had a problem with our pump and Peter the owner came out and had it going in about 10 minutes. And on a Saturday!!!!! Super good guy.
