We bought a Clearwater spa on Memorial Day from Angela. We paid cash to save 3%. The written purchase agreement included a cover, chemical starter kit, steps and an electrician to power the tub. 1) They promised to call us Tuesday to set up the electrician but they didn’t call us. We finally called them on Thursday and the electrician finally installed it on the following Tuesday. Nice owners with great service. Usually busy, but worth the wait. Chemicals are of good quality.
This Pinch a Penny is always a disappointment compared to the one on Silver Springs. The only reason why I go to it is because it's closer to my home. The wait is always very long. They fill the jugs that you bring in, instead of having pre-filled jugs that you exhange for your empties (like the Pinch a Penny on Silver Springs). However, the customer service is always bad.
