I took a pool vacuum purchased from them in for service. They told me that it had both motors burned out and was unrepairable. (The unit operated fine in dry operation as I witnessed their demonstration when I brought it in). I opted to pick the cleaner up and glad I did since it worked fine when I got it home after replacing the cord. They are a scam operation and wanted me to purchase a new item and they could keep my unit an resell or use for parts. We bought a hot tub. They delivered it on the date we asked. They said the steps did not come in yet so we are waiting on those to be delivered next week. Over all experience was great. The owner kept in contact with me through the whole experience and answered all questions that I had.
Drove all the way down there and they decided to close early. Won't be going back there again.
