Posting this review because I might find you in a similar situation. When you have had a nice relationship with a former owner (from 2016), and now everything has changed. During one of their service, they broke our wireless connection and an autotimer. We didn’t make a big deal of it at the time and continued to operate things manually. It was with the former owners. Have been shopping there for long time recently bought skimmer basket they said I can return it if it didn't fit brought it right back with receipt they said sorry no return will never step foot in that building again guess I'll be shopping on Amazon like everybody else I was trying to support small business
This place has definitely gone downhill over the last few years. I assume the older couple that used to be there are now retired. They were fantastic. Now, it seems to be folks who either don't care or don't know how to work at a job that deals with the public. They are very non-communicative and mumble most of the time. This is the third time in a row I went into the store to refill cholorine and the lid was not screwed onto the jug all the way causing chlorine to splash everywhere in my car and on my clothes.
