Awesome service, very helpful.
I’ve been a client for several months. I spent over 10 K with this company. Some of the stuff are nice but unfortunately, they promise few times they’re gonna go over. They’re gonna check something they didn’t Services not that great did not show up for Cleaning and never say anything.
I was recently in a real jam as I had visitors from the North coming to Sarasota to stay with me and they were really looking forward to swimming in my pool. I couldn't get the pool heater to work no matter what I tried so I called our local store in a panic. The staff at Pinch a Penny worked with me even though I didn't have a service call scheduled and got my pool heater working the very next day. Great staff and management who went out of their way to help a customer. Thanks again guys - great job!
Pinch a penny does our weekly service, and also maintains our pool equipment. As a result, there is never finger pointing on why a piece of equipment defaults. We recently had a minor pump failure and pinch a penny was out the same day and quickly fixed the issue. They are very responsive even during very busy times. As a larger company, they never miss the weekly service. Great vendor. Responsive owner who answers his texts on weekends and nights. Pricing very reasonable.
Our pool is well taken care of in every way possible by Becky. She is extremely knowledgeable about anything needed. It’s reassuring to have someone who understands all aspects and is reliable.
