Excellent service! I brought my water sample in. I need to mention a young man who was very knowledgeable about pool water chemistry sciences. I'm sorry I forgot his name but he wore glasses and went above and beyond.
Josh was very knowledgeable helping me find the correct parts we needed to repair our pool pump. Tyler did the repair install and went out of his way to add us to his schedule. The price was fair and the service is great at this location. My favorite Pinch a Penny! Thank you so much for making something I thought would be a big deal easy!! Michelle
My pool had turned green so I went to the Lockridge Rd Sarasota branch where I had the good fortune to meet Becky. She patiently took me step by step through the process and answered all my questions, great customer service and expertise I am now a customer for life
I was working hard fighting with a green 20,000-gallon pool for a week or two with Yellow Blast, chlorine, and cleaning the filter. I went and talked to Josh King at this store, and he told me I had plenty of chorine, but I needed to get rid the phosphates. I bought some phosphate remover, and it was the best $30 I ever spent. Next day the water was much bluer and by the 2nd day the water is looking great. He also checked to see how I could keep my Pentair Intelliflo pump running continuously.
