I recently purchased a new IC40+ from Pinch A Penny at the 23rd Street location to replace my old IC40. I installed it myself but couldn't get a flow indication on the LED, so I placed a service call. Hannah got me in the service queue quicker than I expected - within a couple of days - and Steven came out to troubleshoot the problem.
