I have been coming to the store for over eight years. The service is always fantastic. They have a new owner Vijay very nice and helpful man.
Wonderful customer service and very nice people. I had a part break on my pool. I was able to locate the part using photo search, the manufacturer lead me here. I called them, got their email, sent them the link of what I needed and they had it in the store the next day.

Don’t shop here- take your money someplace else. I went in the store today to have my water tested and to buy a new pool vacuum and when I asked for their return policy the new owners, a husband and wife team said I couldn’t return it if it was opened. So I asked for a print out of their return policy and the cashier pulled out a piece of their pinch a penny receipt paper and read the policy which stated you could return opened items but would be required to pay a restocking fee.
