I had a very disappointing experience with Pinch A Penny. Their service damaged my water pump, and despite regular visits, my pool was always dirty. They never properly cleaned my filter, which made the water quality even worse. Instead of solving problems, their work created more issues and extra expenses for me. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and professional pool care.
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the ongoing lack of service regarding my pool cleaning. Despite being a paying customer, the technician(s) you’ve sent have consistently failed to vacuum the pool properly, and overall reliability has been extremely poor. I have contacted your store multiple times, and each time I am told someone will be out in 2 to 3 days. Unfortunately, I am now going into week five without anyone showing up to vacuum the pool as promised.
