I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the ongoing lack of service regarding my pool cleaning. Despite being a paying customer, the technician(s) you’ve sent have consistently failed to vacuum the pool properly, and overall reliability has been extremely poor. I have contacted your store multiple times, and each time I am told someone will be out in 2 to 3 days. Unfortunately, I am now going into week five without anyone showing up to vacuum the pool as promised.
The two only issues I got with this store is that their parking spaces are always full but not with customers of the store, is with customers of the nail saloon or the barbershop that are between the pinch a penny store and nobody said nothing to those people and the other thing is one of the employees got always that grumpy face on him and that's no good for the store employees have to be always a smile for the customers
