I went to this store today because my pool is a swamp; it has been off since July I am a middle school teacher and I had to wait until my first paycheck to resolve this issue. When I got to the store I explained to the owner that when I noticed the pool not working, I checked the pump and it smelled like something burned, that I thought it was the motor. I had bought a salt system for my pool from this store and the nightmare started. The owner came n put it on and just as he finished he left without telling me or explaining how the system works. The next day I went to check ok the system n the system wasn't working properly, I called them n was told that the owner was the only one that deals with the systems but he was on vacation for 2 weeks. Pinch a penny has bad customer service, upon canceling my contract, the pool service sent one of their guys to return my property and instead they broke my pool knob on top of my filter, after calling them several times they just give you the run around and never follow through on their promises. Everytime my husband asked for service they tried to up sell him. They came and broke what they tried to upsell, after my husband spoke to the owner.
