Contacted Pinch-A-Penny in Gulf Breeze to repair a leaky seal in my sand filter. Jake came out to repair, and it was fixed. Later, the sand was exchanged, and a small leak was present. Contacted Jake, but did not receive a call back. 2 months later the seal completely blew, and I contacted the store to let them know. Spencer stated it would be an additional $130 service fee to come back out, and that it was beyond their 30 day warranty. Updated: I just wanted to say the owner of Pinch A Penny reached out to me and corrected the situation. Mike was more than helpful and totally understanding of the situation. They updated policies to prevent this situation from happening in the future. The customer service and experience has been amazing and probably a learning experience for all of us. I am writing to share an extremely disappointing experience with this company, and I would give zero stars if that were an option. My issues stem from misleading information ... read more
