Updated: I just wanted to say the owner of Pinch A Penny reached out to me and corrected the situation. Mike was more than helpful and totally understanding of the situation. They updated policies to prevent this situation from happening in the future. The customer service and experience has been amazing and probably a learning experience for all of us. My issues stem from misleading information during the sale, a dangerously poor installation, and a complete lack of accountability from their customer service team. Initially, I purchased a gas pool heater and was advised to have a gas meter installed for it.
