Pinch A Penny has been cleaning our pool weekly for several years and we’ve always been happy with the service. Recently we had some issues that they were helping us fix. We used the Pinch-A-Penny store on Fairfield Drive in Pensacola, Florida. I just wanted to say that their technician Jared did a phenomenal job for us. Jared had to come back a few times because the new pump we purchased wasn’t powerful enough to run our water features correctly. Jared would not stop until he got our pump running correctly and got our new wifi control system working perfectly. Poor Jared even finished up his work in the pouring rain. Needed a repair on our Hot Springs spa. Both people I worked with (Em on setting up the appt and Nate who did the repair work) were courteous, professional and did a great job. Will use again in the future.
