Dear Julio Rivera, I am very sorry to have to leave such a negative review, but our pool service lately has been less than. I just sent an email on your website, detailing what I found after receiving pool cleaning just 2 days ago. Very sad, and I know this should not reflect on you or your store. I have met you and many of your employees. Thank you for your help. This is my second complaint about seriously inadequate service. There will not be a third. Thank you for all you have helped us with in the past.

Best Pinch a Penny in all of Florida! Every time I go there the staff and owner go out of their way to be welcoming and professional. They take time to answer and explain solutions to any questions you have about your pool. Highly recommend this business for your pool! 5 stars all the way!
I can’t say enough great things about the crew there…Patricia, Julio and Roberto are awesome! I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years and there has not been one time I have left disappointed! They are super knowledgeable, friendly and approach every issue as if it’s their own. Whether the pool is perfect or having issues, there is no where else or nobody else that I rather work with than them. Thanks again for all the help! See you next week!
