Always helpful people. Willing to explain and make recommendations.
People are knowledgeable. We just had pool resurfaced and they helped by doing a water test and information on chemicals. Did not try and over sell me on stuff that we did not need.
I think pinch a penny is just a gimmick - this was not a budget shop. The same price if not higher than Leslie’s. The service was great - selection a little slim. But definitely not a budget store like the name implies. If you’re truly trying to pinch a penny, I would shop somewhere else. Same product on Amazon was $18 less expensive.
I used to love that store. Alot of young people, 1/2 very friendly the other 1/2 very rude. I'm going to pine island store from now on!
