Love this pool store. everybody is extremely nice and knowledgeable. My pool looks amazing all the time as they have the best technology to test water. Bought pool pump from them. The customer service is amazing. Mitch knows how to fix it all and is the kindest. They go above and beyond any pool supply I ever worked with. I can’t say enough good things about them. 💥
Very difficult to carry chlorine out to the car because employee trucks are always taking up the close spots.
Good price, rapid test and easy solution, i would recommend..
I have used this store for 20 plus years. Today five big guys working in the store. Not one person asked me, a 63 year old woman, if I needed help with carry out. 8/25/24. I posted this originally in June. Went in today and the customer service has become even worse. I'm done.
Went to buy a filter and the associate said sorry don't have it that a "Generico". Didn't offer any suggestions and turned around and started talking to another customer. Left me hanging and bad customer service.
