As new pool owners we were very nervous about managing the chemicals ourselves. A lot of worry for not. Everyone at Pinch a penny is very knowledgeable and helpful. Just bring a small sample of your pool water and presto, they test it and tell you what you need. Easy peasy. They have a lot of patience also since I’m always asking questions. Glad we found them.
