I want to give a huge shoutout to Heather at Pinch Penny! One of the technicians who was scheduled to do my service got sick and wasn’t able to make it, and Heather absolutely saved the day by stepping in and taking care of everything herself. This is not at all against the company itself. It’s against one of their drivers on 466 A who decided to go straight through a red light into oncoming traffic without a care in the world. Teacher drivers to be better.
