Went in today to ask abt repair for my Maytronics. The woman servicing me with the nose ring was nonchalant and basically said the person that services them isn’t here and we would just replace it anyway. I’ve been there multiple times as a customer and to have my maytronics serviced. Felt like I was a bother.
Very disappointing visit to the store today. I’ve been a loyal customer since we put our pool in eight years ago. I have never purchased pool supplies from anywhere else. But I am now looking for a new place to buy pool supplies. I was charged 4% on my purchase to cover the credit card fees at the business owner pays. He has decided that he will take cash or check. If you use a credit card, you will be charged 4% on the purchase. This is absurd to pass along to a loyal customer.
