Very disappointing visit to the store today. I’ve been a loyal customer since we put our pool in eight years ago. I have never purchased pool supplies from anywhere else. But I am now looking for a new place to buy pool supplies. I was charged 4% on my purchase to cover the credit card fees at the business owner pays. He has decided that he will take cash or check. If you use a credit card, you will be charged 4% on the purchase. This is absurd to pass along to a loyal customer.
FOUR percent charge on purchases using a credit OR DEBIT card. Will be ordering supplies online when possible from here on out.

Owning numerous businesses, I know all too well the importance of customer service. I’ve been using this place since the day it opened. Now, I doubt very seriously I ever go back. There’s really NO reason to argue with customers or have an attitude…. As stated: “I just work here”, I can’t help the owner and his rules”. “We only break the rules when we are really busy” Not sure why the attitude, when all I did was inform the employee that the last refilled chlorine container had a leak.
