No one in the store can answer a single question, and the prices are outrageous. Amazon can ship it overnight for less than 1/4 of the price. Won't be back.
I had some issues with my system for quite some times and DJ was able to talk me through my needs via phone and email without delay. Raul and his service team came out and did a great job at replacing the equipment that was faulty and made everything brand new again. I highly recommend you call this team for your pool care.

The store manager DJ is the most dedicated and helpful manager l've met. A few days ago I had an issue with my pool pump and asked DJ if they could help. Even though I stepped in the store just 2 minutes before close time, DJ took more than his 20 minutes of his time to advise me for free, on his own time. On top of this, his child was waiting for him all this time patiently, while DJ was helping me. This is customer service excellence at its best!
