Phenomenal with their expertise and help. This newbie was well versed after I left for the 4th time..
Keith and his people are awesome to work with. They are highly knowledgaebale, and can test your water right on site. When you need stuff for your pool, say "Hey Waterboy!" and they can get ya taken care of.
This company never ceases to amaze me with how disorganized and generally perplexed by running a business they are. It's nearly impossible to get a pool company out here so I have to continue working with them on equipment repairs but it's a total joke. We'll agree on an install day and like clockwork, they'll call and say that can't be out for days later than what we agreed to or they didn't order the equipment part from our signed contract bc "they weren't sure that was the one I wanted". It's beyond baffling. I don't know... read more
