Janet in Jax Pool service is just awful - the sides were never brushed down, the top never skimmed. Service was on Monday, so we had to clean it ourselves before use on the weekend. Would come home from work Monday night to find in same condition as we left it Sunday. We had to give them a credit card to charge monthly service. This pool store is great! I love this store. As a new pool homeowner, I was unable to learn how to operate the pump and filter from the previous owner. I was completely ignorant to the subject of owning a pool. Never fear! I went to this Pinch a Penny store. On my first visit, I felt very comfortable asking my "dumb" questions. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even recommend different products to help you maintain your pool.
