Great service Friendly and knowledgeable staff
I never worry about anything. Same technician; same day and approximately same time; never any issues. If the pool needs anything out of the ordinary, I get a call from the office and they're super helpful and pleasant as well. I've been a customer for 4 years (since I moved here) and have never thought about changing to another company.
Had the very best experience with them. Unfortunately my pool pump impeller needed to be replaced. I called them up and was meant with friendly service. Verified the part number and although they didn’t have it in stock they said they would be able to order it. I had placed the order Thursday afternoon and due to the time the order was placed, it would Tuesday before I could pick up the part (this was due to a holiday weekend). Our community pools & spas were being neglected by our current pool contractor. We had Pinch a Penny test some of our water samples and as suspected, the samples failed. Mike & Brian went above and beyond educating us on the severity of our water situation. With their help, we were equipped with the information needed to replace our current pool contractor immediately. Thanks again to these guys for happily assisting us with our unsafe water conditions.
