Do not use this service. I was told my pool technician had trouble trying to open the filter Casing. I asked if they could have someone else come and look at it. They sent someone when I was not home and they installed a whole new filter casing without my consent. When I called they told me if I don’t want it they could come take it off leaving me without any casing….. they charged me $900+ for this service and new part without my consent. I want to thank Robert the salesman at the store for the incredible service, and Richard for coming out to investigate and resolving the problem with our pool.
Spilled chemicals on my deck. Broke my skimmer basket. Drug their hoses across my hardware in the pool and scratched it up. Didn't seal the lid on the filter properly. Left the valve on top the filter open and I lost 18 in of water.
