Great store, great customer service with Chris, Joseph and others. They're very knowledgable and ready to assist you at any given time. They seem to ask the right questions and show great transparency when providing their customers insight. They'll provide assistance in hauling heavy equipment to your vehicle. The store could use some additional updated pool cleaning robots with added or high performance filters with a nice warranty. What an unfortunate event is all I have to say. Chris is 5 stars without a doubt! The owners, Erin & Richie however will have me never again using Pinch A Penny. They snuck charges in & insist they did not & it was disclosed. It was not. I now have the fun of disputing part of the charge with my credit card as had this extra cost been disclosed I’d have paid for the pump and paid someone else to install…which is why I called today & was assured it was not extra.
