What an unfortunate event is all I have to say. Chris is 5 stars without a doubt! The owners, Erin & Richie however will have me never again using Pinch A Penny. They snuck charges in & insist they did not & it was disclosed. It was not. I now have the fun of disputing part of the charge with my credit card as had this extra cost been disclosed I’d have paid for the pump and paid someone else to install…which is why I called today & was assured it was not extra.
