I appreciate buying concentrated chlorine in their refillable jugs. Win for the environment. Been doing this for a couple years and I appreciate that the liquid doesn’t build up cyanuric acid (CYA) in my pool, like the tablets do. Friendly staff that helps load chlorine in my vehicle.
The cool thing about the franchise business model is that, as a customer, I get the pricing and selection of a huge, high volume chain and the service of a sole proprietorship. Nowhere is this more evident than this location of pinch a penny. Knowledgeable, honest, and affordable. The staff at this location is awesome and the owner seems to make a real effort to take great care of his customers. My go to spot for chemicals, water testing, and equipment repairs.
