I love Pinch A Penny pools. I've used them for years for chemicals and they just did a repair of my pool plumbing and cleaned the filter. Alan did a superb job
Alan arrived on time and did an excellent job. He noticed hairline cracks in my grids that I would not have noticed. But more importantly was the way with which he cleaned up. I will request him again in the future.
So glad I found this location! Service in-store, over the phone, and for weekly pool service has been stellar. This is our first time owning a pool and between figuring out how everything works and needing to troubleshoot some issues, the PAP team has been incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding. Sky is an excellent service tech - always willing to answer any questions and adjust chemical timing to best fit my family's swim schedule. Looking forward to continuing using this location for our pool needs!
