I got a text giving me two days to choose from for this service and I picked a day. The day of service I took off work and waited, then got a text around 2:52 PM saying the tech was on the way, then around 3:27 PM I got another text saying “Sorry for the inconvenience. Had our pool winterized today by Alan, he is such a hard worker. He had come to our house several times and he always takes the time to explain to me what he is doing and why! I highly recommend Pinch A Penny and Alan!
Highly recommend Pinch-A-Penny! Alan came out to help with a filter clean and a leak and was able to fix things while keeping the cost down!
My pool motor went out and I called Pinch a Penny in Plano which I have never used their service. Alan came out the next day and installed the variable speed motor. I used to do this work myself and I can say he knew his stuff, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him!
