This company was listed in an app used by my neighborhood for local services. I called Pinch a Penny in Plano after seeing how close it was to my home. I got a text giving me two days to choose from for this service and I picked a day. The day of service I took off work and waited, then got a text around 2:52 PM saying the tech was on the way, then around 3:27 PM I got another text saying “Sorry for the inconvenience. Had our pool winterized today by Alan, he is such a hard worker. He had come to our house several times and he always takes the time to explain to me what he is doing and why! I highly recommend Pinch A Penny and Alan!
