We bring our pool water here for a free test frequently. The staff is so kind and ready to help whenever needed. They’re also great with my young kids, which is a huge blessing when trying to run errands with 3 littles.
In the mornings, when families are trying to access the donut shop, employees are blocking the entrance with their vehicles. When asked to move, the response was that the area “connects all around” and that they were not finished packing for the day. This creates an issue for the donut shop and negatively impacts their business. This situation needs to be addressed and fixed.
There isn't a better or more knowledgeable pool supply store around. The owners are super professional and helpful. If you need help with your pool this is the only place that will take the time to help.
I sadly have a negative review. I can only relate our recent experience. There was a lack of communication and a lack of interest in resolving an issue with our pool to which our lawn person and 3 and a half year old great grandson solved. You make your own conclusion
