Today was my second visit to the store. The first time, I had a 5 star experience with the owner himself. Great guy, very friendly and helped replace Polaris parts while I waited. He told me if it ever happens again, bring in all the parts and we will help you again. So today, I went back expecting to get the same level of service. Instead, a really rude, woman who identified herself “as running the store today”. Greeted me by asking if I brought in my Polaris for them to throw away for me? I wish I could get this kind of customer service from other businesses I deal with on a daily basis. The best customer service in Montgomery County and beyond. I would give them more stars if possible.
