1-Star Review – Poor Service and Rude Owner I had an awful experience with Pinch A Penny in Fruit Cove. After receiving multiple confusing quotes for pump repairs and no callback, I went to the store to get clarification. The owner, Sherri, was rude and condescending, saying things like “You are very, very unique… people in this area call and tell me to just tell me to fix it and bill them.” Sorry, but I like to know what I’m paying for.
