Sold me cheap equipment that broke in two minutes. First claimed I didn't buy it there when I bought it half hour before from same lady. They refused to exchange or refund my money. Cheap products and miserable staff. Don't waste your money at pinch a penny. They are not a community store and only out for profit.

Visited store to purchase a pool heater & install same. Spoke to the owner / salesman It is my opinion that the owner / salesman was trying to sell me a specific brand pool heater. There were only two pool heaters on display. This heater came with a 5 year warranty (no extended warranty) plus installation charges. After shopping around a few Pool Heater supply shops and even another Pinch A Penny store, I found the same heater for $1,000 cheaper!
