I just want to say that I heard about the incident that Mike caused at the store and the terrible review he left. I can say that the review is totally false! I have been using this store for my pool care for 3 years and have nothing but 5 stars for the staff! Robin is great and is the nicest person ever. So don’t believe the false review, it’s a lie.
I was reading the reviews and read the review from a Mike Valha, I was dumbfounded! I've been a customer since moving to Naples in 2013, nothing but 5 star treatment by the owner Rex, Gary, and especially Robin who has been nothing but gracious and extremely knowledgable. I can't imagine the accusations against her are true.One bad review shows that perhaps the critic could possibly be the problem. See you guys next Thursday!
This Pinch a Penny has the best customer service in town hands down!!! We put in a pool back in 2017 and quickly learned pool company services are a big joke. Went in to Pinch a Penny to find out what is going on with our pool and met the sweetest and most knowledgeable person and that was Robin!!! From testing our water, helping us get it balanced and educating us on how to maintain it, our pool has never looked better.
