First time getting serviced, my greeting was if he would have to ring the bell every time as I told him I would open gate and put the dog away. I told him if he comes every scheduled day at the same time no, I would have dog put away and gate opened. Otherwise he would have to knock. He immediately got bothered and told me to wait while he got on the phone. At that point I told him I didn’t need the service, thats when he got irate and said Fuc* you!
