Jeff entered our backyard without any notice or permission and left the gate wide open. That’s completely unprofessional and dangerous. No respect for our property or basic courtesy. We will never use this service again.
Amanda was incredibly rude and sarcastic throughout the entire experience. She lied about what needed to be repaired, didn’t complete the job, and even caused damage to our pool pump. Her degrading attitude made it clear she didn’t care about customer service. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs.

The service has become beyond unacceptable — it’s infuriating. They let our pool repeatedly turn GREEN. Not once, not twice — multiple times. The tech wouldn't even look at us, let alone speak or explain what was going on. Rude, dismissive, and totally unprofessional.
