The service has become beyond unacceptable — it’s infuriating. They let our pool repeatedly turn GREEN. Not once, not twice — multiple times. Don't use them for weekly pool cleaning services. Poor customer service. Far better options for weekly pool cleaning services available from many other local companies. Pinch A Penny just wants your $$ and they don't care about your pool.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced with ANY company! We have a brand new pool as of 5 weeks ago. They dumped a large amount of a white powdery substance into our pool on the 2nd service. It stuck to the walls, floor and all transition points. It has been unsafe to swim in for 3 weeks! We have called multiple times and have written them trying to get this resolved. We are being told a manager will call us back, but that has never happened! Avoid this place at all cost!!
The new location on US1 is fantastic. The store is large and beautifully designed and they carry anything that you would need for your pool. The customer service was exceptional with all personnel very knowledgeable about products and very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.
