Torin came up on Sunday afternoon to adjust my pump filter and other equipment. No charge. Incredibly grateful!
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company was so frustrating that I feel I need to warn others. The technicians were consistently late (sometimes not showing up at all), and when they did arrive, the cleaning was rushed and sloppy. I noticed leaves and dirt still floating in the pool after they “finished,” and the water often looked cloudy a day or two later. Communication was another big problem. Someone from management or the owner should get involved in this store. The service is horrible and the advice/guidance they provide is worse. I have been sold and told things that did not work over and over again from fixing my pool pump, to getting calcium off the pool wall, to fixing a leak, repairing a check valve, fixing a salt cell. In every situation I have been told the wrong thing to do and have been left to figure it out myself.
