I visited this store looking for products for my pool and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Ian. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to help when I asked questions. During the interaction, he also used inappropriate language toward me, which was completely unprofessional. I’ve never experienced customer service like this before. I hope management looks into this situation and addresses it appropriately, because no customer should be treated this way when simply asking for assistance.
My husband was recently charged for a 3rd item he didn't recieve ($50). When we noticed it and went back to store, the manager said they have to contact the owner. Every time we follow-up they just say they are waiting on the owner to return the call. I would find another pool supply store that is more professional.
Torin came up on Sunday afternoon to adjust my pump filter and other equipment. No charge. Incredibly grateful!
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company was so frustrating that I feel I need to warn others. The technicians were consistently late (sometimes not showing up at all), and when they did arrive, the cleaning was rushed and sloppy.
