Left a review on Pinch a penny about their non response to my problem on google, and they responded they misplaced my info. Strange, cause that's what happened last time I tried to get them to do some work. It's really strange cause I've been a customer there for over 15 years, so they have to have my info, buying chlorine, getting my water tested, but yet they misplaced my info. Well, needless to say, you've lost a steady customer, cause I'll never be back, and I will bad mouth you forever.
