I went into this store on 11/8/25 after 12 to get 3 gallons on chlorine. A young man took the jugs to the back on a cart and then a lady said she could check us out up front. We told her we needed assistance and she told the young man and he mumbled something to her. I then said I can do it and he said well if you feel comfortable with it. I took them outside and I saw him carry 2 chlorine jugs out for a gentleman approximately in his 50’ s to his jeep. I thought to myself this was a slap in the face by this young man. This entire review is entirely my oppinion, Firstly, I want to say I have had very good (4.5 star) interaction, help and service both at home and in the store from pinch a penny and this review is only about my recent water test. It's a nice service that you test people's water for free. However you do it so fast like you want to see who can do it faster but your test is at least partially inaccurate. Your testers put down that I have cya. I did have cya before. But had to drain the entire pool and clean it and refill for di... read more

Pinch a Penny in Fernandina Beach did a fantastic job with our new Jandy Propane heater for our Pool. Melody got us a great price and technician William did a professional install and answered all our questions. Their customer service is really outstanding and very appreciated.
