Pinch a Penny in Fernandina Beach did a fantastic job with our new Jandy Propane heater for our Pool. Melody got us a great price and technician William did a professional install and answered all our questions. Their customer service is really outstanding and very appreciated.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way this company handled a basic and critical safety concern. I asked the pool technician not to leave the pool fence open while walking away to his truck — a simple, reasonable request considering I have two small children who cannot swim. Instead of acknowledging the issue or addressing it responsibly, I received a call from Melody informing me that my service would be terminated at the end of the month then abruptly hung up the phone.
