I’m extremely disappointed with the way this company handled a basic and critical safety concern. I asked the pool technician not to leave the pool fence open while walking away to his truck — a simple, reasonable request considering I have two small children who cannot swim. Instead of acknowledging the issue or addressing it responsibly, I received a call from Melody informing me that my service would be terminated at the end of the month then abruptly hung up the phone. Great store. Free water testing and everything you need to keep your pool clean and clear.
I went in today and had a water test done, a girl I believe her name was Simone, gave me the best service and advice for my pool. She was very professional and polite, and made my first time at the establishment less stressful as a first time pool owner!
UPDATE: Exactly what we expected from their response. No surprise there. Just wanted to fairly warn all you good people about this particular store. They are very pleasant when you are in the store and purchasing their products or signing up for pool maintenance. So we were shocked at how horrible they were when they ruined our pavers.
