Spent 40 min in traffic trying to get off island. Arrived 5 min before closing and they would not help. “We close 5 min before we close.” Not the small town feel I’m used to in Fernandina. Employees left before 6, smiled, and waived. So disappointed.

I brought in a salt cell to be tested, I was told by an employee that they would begin testing it that evening and call me the next morning with the results. The next morning, I received a call stating they could not test the unit because the plug was bad and needed to be replaced. I was told the employee who accepted the cell should not have taken it in for testing and was instructed to come pick it up. I went into this store on 11/8/25 after 12 to get 3 gallons on chlorine. A young man took the jugs to the back on a cart and then a lady said she could check us out up front. We told her we needed assistance and she told the young man and he mumbled something to her. I then said I can do it and he said well if you feel comfortable with it.
