We bought the hot spa two years ago at Pinch a Penny, and being few months that we can't used it, because was problem after problem. Several call for service tech.Went to service the hot tub 10/28 and informed me the issue has been corrected. On Sunday 10/30 I had to report that again the hot tub was not working. On 10/31 the tech.visited the hot tub and I was told the problem was a dirty filter worked. I was told to order a new filter which I did. On 11/2 I reported that the unit was not working.
